Prefer a standalone installer — say, for a machine where the Microsoft Store is blocked? Each release above links its original file. These files are unsigned, so Windows will warn you twice: if the browser flags the download, choose Keep (the option hides behind the … menu, then the arrow on the Delete button — Keep anyway); when you run it, click More info, then Run anyway. The Microsoft Store version is the same app with no warnings at all.
